Please read these Terms carefully before using the phwi platform. By creating an account or placing a bet, you agree to be bound by these Terms in full.
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," or "you") and phwi ("phwi," "we," "us," or "our"), governing your access to and use of the phwi website at https://phwi.bio and all associated services, games, and features (collectively, the "Platform").
By accessing the Platform, creating a phwi account, making a deposit, or placing any wager, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, which are incorporated herein by reference. Each individual may hold only one (1) phwi account. Creating multiple accounts for the purpose of circumventing bonuses, promotions, or other restrictions is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of funds. phwi reserves the right to request documentary proof of identity and age at any time as part of its Know Your Customer ("KYC") and anti-money laundering ("AML") procedures.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your phwi login credentials, including your username and password. You agree to:
phwi will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to keep your credentials confidential. All content on the phwi Platform — including but not limited to software, game assets, graphics, logos, trademarks, text, and interface design — is the exclusive property of phwi or its licensed providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes.
You may not copy, modify, distribute, transmit, display, reproduce, publish, or create derivative works from any content on the phwi Platform without prior written consent from phwi.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, phwi shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to: loss of profits, loss of data, service interruptions, or errors in game outcomes resulting from circumstances beyond phwi's reasonable control.
phwi's total aggregate liability to any Player in connection with any single incident or series of related incidents shall not exceed the amount deposited by the Player in the thirty (30) calendar days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
Nothing in these Terms limits phwi's liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other matter where liability cannot be excluded by law.
phwi reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Player account, with or without notice, in the following circumstances:
Upon account termination for cause, phwi reserves the right to retain account balances pending investigation. Where no violation is confirmed, verified account balances will be returned to the Player via their registered payment method within a reasonable period.
Players may close their own phwi account at any time by contacting support. Any outstanding wagering requirements on active bonuses will be forfeited upon voluntary account closure.
phwi may update or amend these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, phwi will provide reasonable notice via email to your registered address or via a prominent notice on the Platform prior to the changes taking effect. Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and request account closure.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the phwi Platform that cannot be resolved through good-faith negotiation between the parties shall be submitted to the competent courts of the Philippines.
Before initiating any formal legal proceedings, Players are encouraged to contact phwi's support team to seek an amicable resolution. phwi commits to responding to formal complaints within five (5) business days.
